Radio Works, Your Ad Just Sucks!

If you’re anything like me, the day after Labour Day can be an emotional rollercoaster.  Summer is officially over, kids are back to school (at least some are) and parents are eager to get working again. Mixed emotions for most but typically there’s excitement in the air.

Whether you’re back in the office or still working from home, now is the opportune time to reconnect with your teammates.  Be relational.  Encourage and motivate one another.  Selling Radio is a team effort and in order to have a winning team, everybody on that team needs to feel valued and connected.  At the core of it all should be clear, consistent communication.

Management, Sales, Programming, Production – as cliche as 2020 has made this statement – WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER and we need each other to ensure a successful finish to the year.

With that in mind, can I encourage you to spend 30 minutes watching this video?  The central theme is “How to collect better information from your clients – so their ad campaigns will be more successful.”  BUT there is so much more you’ll take from it.  I personally feel it to be an excellent perspective on how to have better communication between departments (especially Sales and Production).

You know me, I hate wasting your time. I would never ask you to do/watch something unless I felt it was going to add value. So when you’re able to carve out 30 minutes of uninterrupted time please watch this video.
