CreativeReady Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using CreativeReady.com (the “Service”) operated by CreativeReady Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information including your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and security code. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties to facilitate the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions are recurring and will be billed automatically each month on the same day as the original purchase date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable monthly fee until you cancel.You may cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your account profile and submitting a cancellation request. Once submitted, a CreativeReady representative may follow up with additional confirmation steps. If you cancel on or after your renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued once your card has been charged.

Post-Cancellation Use of Licensed Assets
Upon cancellation or termination of any subscription, the User acknowledges that all rights to use CreativeReady Assets obtained through the Service are immediately revoked, unless otherwise permitted under a separate written license agreement issued by CreativeReady Ltd. This includes, without limitation, all downloadable or generated audio products, music beds, jingles, campaign spots, voice content, and any other creative assets made available through CreativeReady On-Demand or Spec-Mate. This obligation applies not only to the subscribing User, but also to any affiliated employees, contractors, radio stations, sponsors, or advertisers (past or present) who may have accessed or used CreativeReady Assets during the subscription term. CreativeReady reserves the right to require written confirmation of compliance, including execution of an asset cancellation sign-off agreement and verification of downloaded or generated products, prior to fully closing an account. Cancellation will not be considered complete until the Client has returned a signed cancellation sign-off document confirming discontinuation of all CreativeReady Assets. Monthly billing will continue until such confirmation is received.

No Refunds
There are no refunds or credits for partial-month subscriptions, unused downloads, or mid-cycle cancellations. All sales are final once your payment has been processed. This applies to monthly subscriptions, individual product purchases, and any customization fees.

Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms. All provisions which by nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Effect of Termination on Licensed Content
Upon termination of an account for any reason, the User must immediately discontinue all use, broadcast, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any CreativeReady Assets obtained during the subscription period, unless an active license remains in effect or a buy-out license has been granted in writing. Continued use of CreativeReady Assets following termination constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies
We make every effort to keep product and pricing information current, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary.

Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions
Promotions offered through the Service may be governed by additional rules. If there is a conflict between promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules apply.

Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please notify us at [admin@creativeready.com](mailto:admin@creativeready.com) with supporting details.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Service is the property of CreativeReady Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without written permission.

External Links
Our Service may link to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies, or practices.

Limitation of Liability
CreativeReady Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error correction, or specific outcomes.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Product Licensing
CreativeReady Asset License Scope (On-Demand + Spec-Mate)
CreativeReady provides licensed access to a library of downloadable and AI-generated creative assets, including but not limited to jingles, singables, audio logos, scripts, music beds, campaign spots, and voice content (“CreativeReady Assets”). All CreativeReady Assets are licensed, not sold, and may only be used while the User maintains an active subscription or valid license agreement.

This license applies equally to:
* Standard downloadable On-Demand products
* Customized or made-to-order assets commissioned by the User
* AI-generated outputs produced through Spec-Mate, including voice and music elements

Upon expiration or cancellation of a subscription, all rights to use CreativeReady Assets immediately terminate unless a buy-out license is granted in writing by CreativeReady.

Spec-Mate Generated Voice and Music Assets
Spec-Mate provides AI-powered voice generation and related audio production tools. Any voice content or music beds generated through Spec-Mate are licensed solely for use during an active subscription. Upon cancellation or termination, the User must immediately cease all use of such assets. Scripts generated through Spec-Mate may continue to be used after cancellation.

Buy-Out License Option
CreativeReady may offer a one-time perpetual buy-out license for specific assets upon cancellation. Continued use without such a license constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Specifics Relating To Campaign Spots, Scripts, Audio Logos, Music Beds & Jingles
You may use any downloadable product from CreativeReady for commercial or personal use during your active subscription. You may modify or customize assets, but may not redistribute them as source files or offer them as templates. Once your subscription ends, all usage rights expire unless a separate license or buy-out is obtained.

Specifics Relating To Free Trials
* You may use and customize CreativeReady assets during the 7-day trial period.
* Continued use beyond the trial requires an active subscription or buy-out license.
* Only one trial is permitted per user or organization. Abuse may result in account suspension.
